Hyatt Place Lakeland Center

Employees were very accommodating and helpful. The manager was very helpful… I really APPRECIATED that he was willing to allow my week stay to be shortened and THAT my money WAS refunded for the short week. I am very grateful for that kind of customer service!!!!!

This was my second time staying here so it definitely meets my criteria. The rooms are excellent and comfortable with plenty of space to get work done. The desk and couch are nice places to work and the wi-fi was great. Love that I can get a can of (good) beer right downstairs and bring it back to the room, or even sit at the bar.

Dog friendly hotel.. Our room was clean and smelled good. It was also very spacious with a king bed, sofa, kitchenette and large TV. The bed was comfortable, we slept well. Location was great for what we needed. Parking was ample and free. Plenty of grass for walking our dogs and lit well at night. Breakfast is just okay. It's a free breakfast. Staff we encountered were friendly. The hotel was quiet at night even though it's dog friendly.

It was very clean. The staff was also super nice and very helpful with any questions I had.

The staff was so nice and helpful to everyone and every time, also the manager he was doing cleaning and help everyone you not see that frequently. The room Wes is super clean, really a stay all the time there. The location was great 👍🏻 I don't have anything bad to say about my experience in the hotel.
